We offer the following shipping services within the United States:

  • Free ground shipping on all orders over $50
  • Expedited shipping, delivery in 4 business days*
  • Ground shipping, delivery in 7 business days*

Upon placing an order with us, we’ll send a confirmation email detailing your order. When the order ships, we’ll send a shipment confirmation email with tracking information for your order. Please allow for 24-48 hours after you order placement to receive your shipment confirmation. Your order’s tracking number may take another 24 hours to activate.

*Please note: orders placed after 12 pm could ship on the next business day. Order processing and delivery times may vary. At this time we do not offer international shipping.

Return Policy

If your order was shipped with the incorrect product(s) or was damaged during shipping, please email us and we’ll replace the items that were shipped in error or damaged in transit. We do not accept returns if your products have been opened, but please refer to our refund policy below.

Refund Policy

We believe in treating all our customers as family and friends. We’re here to help you reach your Cloud 8 and meeting your service expectation is our top priority. If you’re not 100% satisfied with the products that you ordered, we will offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase.
